1. Scope of Service
Gegma provides a digital trip planning workspace and a human Assistant coordination flow. We help users structure itineraries and coordinate confirmations with providers.
2. Accounts and Access
You may browse and draft planning activity without login. Account access is required for saving plans, managing profile data, and sending plans to Assistant.
3. Pricing and Payments
Displayed budgets are informational planning references in Lari (GEL). Final prices, payment methods, and conditions are confirmed with providers during final coordination.
4. Availability and Changes
Service availability may change by season, demand, and provider rules. Assistant works to confirm accurate availability and update trip logistics when needed.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate traveler details, legal travel documents, and timely confirmation decisions. Delayed responses may impact availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gegma is not the direct operator of third-party services. We coordinate planning and communication, but delivery quality and execution remain provider responsibilities.
7. Termination
We may restrict or suspend access in cases of abuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of applicable law.
